visual/html toggle no longer works in 3.3

I came across this issue after kicking off an automatic upgrade to WordPress 3.3. The visual tool-bar disappears and it’s no longer possible to swap to code view. After a little searching about I found this solution.

You’ll probably need to install “use Google Libraries” plugin.
